Women's Soccer finishes season 14-3-1

Dakota County Technical College

The Dakota County Technical College Women's soccer team finished the season with a 14-3-1 record.  The Women's team finished their season on Wednesday, October 28, 2015 with a 3-0 loss to Indian Hills Community College in Ottumwa, Iowa.  The Women's team played well in the windy and rainy conditions, but did not have any breaks go there way throughout the game.  Early in the game, DCTC was called offside to take away a great scoring chance, while Indian Hills seemed to get all the breaks with the ball bouncing their way the entire game.  While the final score showed on the scoreboard as a 3-0 game, the game was far from the disparity of goals.  DCTC created many chances to score, but were unable to connect on the final shot during the game.  This was only the second time all season the ladies were unable to score.

The DCTC Women's team will be loosing nine players due to having used their two years of eligibility and may be loosing another three to graduation.  All three still have one year of soccer eligibility left.  The nine that will be departing the team will be:
